QUALITY OBJECTIVE

  • 1. The main objectives of the quality policy are to provide a governing overview for management and personnel to comply in order to acheivetotal customer satisfaction by striving to acheive the folowing:
  • 2. To reduce customer complaints to not more than 2 in any one month.
  • 3. To conduct customer satisfaction appraisal with a target to acheive 80 % or more in the overall customer satisfaction rate.
  • 4. To ensure suitable training of all staff in skills and competency, relevent to the respective job fuction.every confirmed staff shall attend atleast one training programme organaized by the company.
  • 5. To improve market share by minimum 20 % annually.
  • 6. Maintain a quality management system with target to receive not more than 3 minor ncrc in any external audit.
